Job Description: Sales - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: North Berwick, ME 03906Position Type: Contractor | Onsite | Temp-to-HireSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (Occasional OT)Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Summary The Storeroom Customer Service Representative (CSR) works onsite at a customer location and is responsible for delivering exceptional service by purchasing, issuing, and managing products, materials, and tools. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, quality, and reliability of supply while supporting both customer and internal operational needs. Required Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen Must present a U.S. passport or certified birth certificate with raised seal on Day 1 Must pass client-specific background screening Must follow the client onboarding/badging process (provided separately) Must work onsite; remote work is not permitted Customer service experience Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, Outlook) Professional demeanor Must wear steel-toe shoes Must adhere to dress code: jeans/long pants and collared shirt/blouse Responsibilities Receive, unload, and put away incoming products, goods, tools, and equipment Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies between goods and invoices Sort, label, store, and organize inventory using predetermined systems Issue tools, products, and equipment to site employees while maintaining accurate records Enter and maintain inventory data in computerized systems and retrieve information as needed Log discrepancies and escalate issues for corrective action Request and process requisitions to replenish inventory Conduct cycle counts and prepare inventory reports Inspect and measure equipment for wear, damage, or defects Maintain or assist in maintaining perpetual inventory levels Deliver tools or equipment to work locations Locate lost or misplaced tools or supplies May assist with minor repairs or lubrication of tools/equipment Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements Experience: Minimum 3+ months of relevant experience (warehouse, storeroom, inventory, or similar) Ability to load, unload, pick, pack, and move goods Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and procedural documents Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; fractions and decimals) Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Attention to detail with a safety-first mentality Preferred technical aptitude in systems such as Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21 (not required)
