We are looking for a Call Center Agent (Night Shift) who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing product or service information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.Communicate clearly and confidently with clients to provide accurate information.Generate leads and convert potential customers through persuasive communication (if applicable).Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.Meet daily and monthly performance targets.Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals.Follow company scripts, processes, and guidelines.Requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Previous experience in a call center or telemarketing role is preferred (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).Ability to work the night shift (7 PM – 4 AM).Confident, energetic, and motivated to achieve targets.Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.Must be punctual, professional, and a team player.
