Location: Remote (may be required to attend office once a month)Employment Type: Flexible TimingThe Business Development Associate will provide administrative support in the preparation and submission of tenders for various contracts. The role focuses on organising, completing, and uploading required documents accurately and within deadlines, under the guidance of the Business Development Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in searching for new tender opportunities on public procurement portals.Download, organise, and save tender documents and related files.Fill in standard company information across forms such as Selection Questionnaires (SQ), Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ), and submission templates.Collect and update required company documents, policies, and certificates for tender submissions.Ensure all documents are formatted correctly and meet submission requirements.Maintain and update a tender tracker with deadlines and submission progress.Support in uploading tenders to online portals and ensuring timely submission.Keep records of past submissions and store documents in an organised filing system.Provide general administrative assistance to the Business Development team as required.Skills and RequirementsGood attention to detail and accuracy in completing forms and documents.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic PDF editing.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to follow instructions and meet strict deadlines.Basic understanding of tender or procurement processes (training will be provided).Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.BenefitsRemote and flexible working hours.Training and ongoing support provided.Opportunity to gain experience in UK tendering and procurement.
