The role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and driving client retention. The individual will work collaboratively with the sales and consulting teams to identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth customer experience. Additional responsibilities include monitoring account performance, resolving issues, and serving as a key point of communication between clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:• Manage client portfolios and ensure top-quality service delivery.• Prepare quotations, invoices, and payment schedules.• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.• Maintain detailed client records and performance reports.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Sales Operations.• Knowledge of CRM systems, invoicing, and reporting.• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
