Our client, an established iGaming Provider is seeking English speaking individuals to join their team as Customer Support Agents in their offices in Sofia, Bulgaria.The online gaming platform operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year, making the position organized into 3 shifts with rotations.Responsibilities: Answer and support customer facing communication in EnglishResearch solutions to customer issues.Interact with various department to resolve customer issues.Use available tools and information resources to resolve problems.Escalate unresolved problems in accordance with establish policy procedures and protocols.Requirements:Working knowledge of English languageOpen to a 40-hour work week in a three-shift system (full-time)Relocation assistance will also be given to candidates able to work in EU as this is a completely onsite role.How does this sound?
