Job Description

Provide remote customer support for a leading cryptocurrency exchange, ensuring a seamless trading experience for users.Offer professional customer assistance via live chat, email, and other communication channels.Assist with inquiries related to account management, trading, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation.Work in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, covering different time zones; each shift is 9 hours, including a 1-hour break.Maintain high service standards by resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, Risk, and Product teams, to address complex issues.Stay up to date with cryptocurrency industry trends and platform updates to provide informed support.Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional language (such as Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Russian) is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, customer service, or relationship management.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.Ability to work effectively in a shift-based environment and provide 24/7 global support.Basic understanding of cryptocurrency trading, wallets, and blockchain technology is an advantage.Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
