The primary responsibilities include providing excellent support to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing the operations to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet company and client objectives.QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction.Strong skills in enhancing Customer Experience and managing Customer Relations effectively.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to work on-site full-time in 6th of October with a collaborative team approach.Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.Proficiency in relevant computer systems and software is preferred.
