Location: Dokki Reports To: Digital Marketing ManagerRole Summary:We’re looking for a skilled Conversion Content Creator who can craft high-impact copy and content that drives measurable actions (leads, sign-ups, purchases) across digital performance campaigns. You will work closely with our media buying team, creative designers, and account managers to translate campaign objectives into persuasive content tailored for ads, landing pages, emails, social posts and more.Key Responsibilities:Create compelling, conversion-focused copy across ad formats (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Display/Video) and other channels (landing pages, emails).Align copy with campaign objectives (reach, lead gen, sales), target audience insights, and media strategy.Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content formats (text + visuals) are optimized for performance.Perform A/B test copy variants and iterate based on performance data (CTR, conversion rate, CPA).Research target audiences (demographics, pain-points, language, local cultural context) to ensure the message resonates.Maintain brand voice and ensure alignment with client brand guidelines while adapting to the performance mindset.Monitor performance metrics, extract insights and recommendations for improving copy conversions.Keep up to date with digital ad copy best practices, platform ad-policies, and performance trends.Required Skills & Qualifications:2-4 years (or more) of experience in creating conversion-oriented content/copy for digital performance campaigns (preferably agency environment).Strong copywriting skills in [Arabic (MSA) and/or English]; ability to write clear, persuasive, action-oriented copy.Experience working with paid media campaigns (Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads) and understanding what drives conversion vs just engagement.Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into copy optimisation.Familiarity with ad formats and platform best-practices (character limits, hooks, CTA wording, localisation).Comfortable working in fast-paced environment, handling multiple clients/campaigns.Great collaboration skills with creative, media buying and account teams.Preferred (Nice to Have):Experience writing for Middle East / Gulf region audiences (cultural nuance, language idioms).Portfolio of past campaigns / copy samples showing conversion results.Basic understanding of landing-page optimisation / UX that supports copy.Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, performance dashboards).Understanding of funnel stages (awareness, consideration, conversion) and tailoring copy accordingly.
