Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support position located in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Support role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role also requires providing technical support and troubleshooting problems as needed. You will work closely with other team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
