Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled ETL & BI Developer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes and creating BI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines.Build and optimize BI dashboards and reports (Power BI / Tableau).Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across systems.Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements.Support performance tuning and troubleshooting of data processes.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in ETL and BI development.Strong SQL and database knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).Good understanding of data warehousing and data modeling concepts.Python or scripting knowledge is a plus.
