We’re looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Guardian Glass Order Management team in Egypt!If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, ownership, and customer focus drive success — this opportunity is for you.Our TeamYou will be part of the Order Management team, collaborating closely with Customer Facing, Scheduling, Demand Planning, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams.In this role, you’ll help strengthen customer-supplier relationships, coordinate effectively across Supply Chain streams, and ensure seamless follow-up on customer orders and requests.Success in this position comes from having a solid understanding of end-to-end processes and proactively navigating production and logistics challenges to deliver exceptional service.What You Will DoManage customer orders from entry to delivery -ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures.Coordinate order fulfilment activities across multiple plants, including order entry, modification, validation, and follow-up.Manage product availability requests with a proactive approach, providing timely solutions and viable alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction.Act as the main liaison between Inside Sales Coordinators, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams, providing tailored customer solutions.Ensure proper project follow-up and alignment with forecasted quantities, commercial terms, and regional requirements.Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure alignment with service levels and regional expectations.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and proposing solutions that create value.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service performance.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or Operations, or a related field.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, or Russian) are a plus.Fresh graduates with relevant skills and motivation are welcome to apply.What Will Put You AheadExperience in order management, customer experience, or supply chain operations.Experience in the glass or manufacturing industry.Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Power BI, or other reporting tools.Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP, or similar) is a plus.Proven ability to work effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
