Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Islamabad. The CSR will address customer inquiries, provide accurate information about services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer support, resolving complaints, tracking service issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves working closely with internal teams to provide consistent and high-quality support. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital to succeed in this role.
