---Client Position---Job Description• Analyze and resolve network issues to improve KPIs and ensure stability.• Perform RF optimization for GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) networks.• Conduct event-based network optimization and performance assurance.• Utilize BO/BI, MO Shell, and ENM tools for analysis and reporting.• Implement action plans to enhance coverage, capacity, and quality.Requirements:• Bachelor's/Master's in Telecommunication Engineering • 5+ years of experience in RF optimization • Strong knowledge of Ericsson parameters, KPI formulas, and network features.• Excellent understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE (VoLTE) technologies.• Proficient in network analysis and optimization toolsLocation ;• Islamabad
