Digital Printing Specialist

📍 Location: Karachi | 🏢 Department: Digital Printing💼 Industry: Textile Manufacturing (Non-Denim)Join our growing Digital Printing team to manage and execute digital printing operations efficiently, ensuring high-quality fabric printing in line with design, color and production specifications. The role involves coordination between design, production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and process optimization.Responsibilities Include:Printing OperationsOperate and maintain digital printing machines (e.g., EFI Reggiani or similar).Prepare fabrics and monitor print runs for color accuracy, quality, and production targets.Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance as needed.Colour Management & Design ExecutionCollaborate with the design team to execute print files as per color and layout requirements.Conduct print tests and color matching for batch consistency.Apply correct ICC profiles and RIP software settings for each fabric type.Process & Quality ControlInspect printed fabrics for quality, alignment, and clarity.Maintain records of print jobs and collaborate with the quality team from sampling to bulk.Coordination & SupportWork with R&D and Product Development for trials and new fabric developments.Support process improvements through continuous feedback and innovation.Education & Skills:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Textile Technology, Printing Technology, or related field.2–5 years of experience in digital textile printing (preferably in a woven/non-denim environment).Knowledge of printing software (e.g., NeoStampa, Ergosoft, Photoshop, Illustrator).Understanding of fabric behaviour, colour management, and ink compatibility.Strong technical knowledge of digital printing processes with focus on accuracy and color consistency.Effective in cross-functional coordination, communication, and process improvement.Apply now and be part of a forward-thinking digital transformation journey.#Hiring #DigitalPrinting #TextileIndustry #PrintingTechnology #CareerOpportunity #JoinOurTeam
