About the RoleWe are seeking a fresh Pharmacist to join our Prior Authorization (PA) Team supporting US healthcare organizations. The role involves reviewing clinical information, coordinating with payers, and ensuring timely approval of medications, procedures, and treatments.This is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated pharmacists who want to start a career in US RCM, patient care coordination, and clinical documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesReview prescriptions, clinical notes, and medical necessity documentation for prior authorization requirements.Submit Prior Authorization requests to insurance companies through portals or by phone.Follow up with payers to obtain approvals, denials, or additional information requests.Communicate required information to providers, patients, and internal teams.Document all interactions, payer responses, and status updates in the system.Understand US insurance plans, formularies, coverage criteria, and clinical guidelines.Support appeals by gathering clinical evidence where needed.Maintain high accuracy, timely submission, and confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA compliance).Required QualificationsPharm-D or B.Pharm (Mandatory)Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (no prior experience required).Strong understanding of medications, indications, and clinical terminology.Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Ability to work night shift aligned with US hours.Basic computer literacy, fast typing, and familiarity with medical documentation.
