Quantity Surveyor (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)

We’re seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors Civil, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with strong skills in cost estimation, Quantity Surveying and commercial management for large-scale Building & Infrastructure projects. The roles demand accuracy, analytical thinking and a proactive approach to ensure financial and contractual success.Key Responsibility:Quantity Surveying Activities: Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) covering all elements.Cost Estimation: Prepare high-level and detailed cost estimates based on available projects data.Rate Database Management: Create and maintain a “Rate Build-up” database by coordinating with suppliers and vendors for updated unit rates, material costs, and construction methods.Value Engineering: Participate in value engineering exercises to identify cost-effective design solutions without compromising structural integrity or quality.Client Satisfaction: Ensure deliverables meet client expectations in terms of accuracy, quality, and timeliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.Criteria:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from reputable university. Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of professional experience.Technical Standards: Familiarity with international quantity surveying practices (RICS and AACE preferred).Software Skills: Proficient in estimation tools, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Plan Swift, and project management applications.Must have working experience in the US, UK, Australia, or Canada.
