Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead in Plastic Molding Operations, based in the Karachi Division. The role involves overseeing and optimizing plastic molding processes, conducting troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure uninterrupted production. The Technical Lead will also work closely with the team to ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance for plastic molding equipmentAnalytical skills to identify and address process inefficiencies or quality issuesExcellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholdersKnowledge and understanding of Electricity and related systemsExperience in plastic molding operations and leadership roles within manufacturingAbility to lead a team and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
