Position: Software EngineerJob Type: Full-TimeTimings: 1 pm -10pmDays: Monday -FridayLocation: DHA 2 Islamabad near Giga MallBudget:  300 - 400K Job Description:We’re looking for a 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 with hands-on expertise in AI and backend development to lead our engineering team.As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:• Proven experience as a Team Lead in tech projects.• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and practical implementation.• Full-stack capabilities preferred. (Frontend knowledge is a plus)• Ability to guide junior engineers and manage end-to-end project execution.•  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant field.• 3-5+ years of experience in backend & AI-focused roles.• Previous experience in a leadership/mentorship role.
