In this role, the developer will design and implement scalable web applications, work on both front-end and back-end development, and ensure code quality through testing and reviews. Responsibilities also include optimizing performance, debugging, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the architecture and development of innovative technical solutions.Must HaveTypeScript (4+ years, strict typing)React 19 (advanced hooks, state management)Real-time backends (Convex, Firebase Realtime, Supabase Realtime, or similar)Multi-tenant SaaS architectureComplex permission systemsVite, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI/shadcn (UI design sensibilities a big plus, but we do have UI/UX designer in-house)AI agentic coding experience (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) Strong Plus3D graphics (Babylon.js, Three.js, WebGL) Game development (Unity, Unreal)Animation systems (state machines, blend trees)Game development experienceUnity animation system experience helpful (our system hews very closely to that)It should be noted that we lean very heavily into effective and practical agentic AI coding techniques and automation and it is part of our DNA at NPlays.
