Kelly’s customer in Oakville, ON, is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this hybrid position, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing order processing, resolving issues, and partnering with supply chain and sales teams to meet service expectations. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment that values efficiency, quality, and a digital-first mindset.Responsibilities:Partner with supply chain and internal departments to fulfill customer requirements efficientlyEnter customer orders with accuracy and attention to detailManage inbound calls and phone queues professionally and promptlyProactively managing existing orders and communicating updates to customersResolve order discrepancies, reduce returns, and prevent invoicing issuesPrioritize and manage a high volume of requests from both customers and the sales teamEngage directly with customers to clarify order details, resolve concerns, and ensure timely deliveryOwn and manage critical or urgent customer cases with a sense of urgencyEnsure ongoing communication and updates to customers regarding order statusParticipate in continuous improvement and quality framework initiativesRequirements:Diploma or certificate in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience)0–2 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, procurement, or a related fieldStrong digital literacy and experience working with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks across different communication channelsA team player who is comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and leadershipAwareness of ISO quality management systems and document management practices is a plusExperience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)Basic presentation and commercial reconciliation skillsProfessional written, verbal, and meeting etiquettePerksWork in a collaborative, fast paced, and supportive environment6-month position with potential to go permanent Hybrid flexibility with in-office collaboration (Mon – Wed in office, Thurs & Fri working remotely)Be part of a customer-focused team that values ownership, quality, and continuous improvementReady to Apply?
