Work with international company!Position: Customer Service Representative (on-site)Location: Kuala LumpurWorking day: 5 working days, 2 off daysWorking hours: Rotational day shift onlySalary: RM2,600 - RM3,000 (basic) + RM260 (shift allowance)Contract: 6 monthsRequirements:1. Fluent in English2. Minimum SPM (credit in Math or English) or STPM with minimum 2 years customer service experience and above3. Fresh graduates Diploma or Degree are welcomed to applyResponsibilities:- Utilize effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to assist customers with their inquiries.- Develop and apply a comprehensive understanding of industry practices and procedures to achieve team goals.- Collaborate with your immediate manager to motivate the team and monitor performance.- Mentor and guide associates to enhance their individual performance.- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets with minimal direct supervision.- Prioritize client needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience, with performance measured using specific metrics.
