Role Description This is an on-site role located in Eagle Farm, QLD, for a flexible casual Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing orders, resolving customer concerns, and building positive relationships through exceptional service and communication. Qualifications Expertise in Customer Service, including delivering a positive Customer ExperienceStrong skills in Customer Support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring Customer SatisfactionEffective communication abilities, both verbal and writtenStrong problem-solving and multitasking skillsAbility to work collaboratively within a team and independentlyPrevious experience in customer service roles is a plusFlexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
