Location: Lisbon, PortugalContract type: 6-month CDD (fixed-term contract)Work mode: On-siteStart date: December 11, 2025Urgent hireRole OverviewWe are seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic technical and search engine support team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience for our international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver professional and empathetic customer support in Norwegian, via phone, email, and chat. Resolve technical or account-related queries for users. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement. Maintain a high standard of professionalism and attention to detail in all interactions. Work ScheduleMonday to Friday: 08:00- 20:00 (rotational shifts) Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 -17:00 (rotational) Days off: 2 rotational days per weekRequirementsNative or fluent Norwegian speaker. Good command of English for internal communication. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in technical or customer support is a plus. Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: Competitive x 14 monthsMeal allowance: approx. 7.23/day Transport allowance: 20/month Health insurance: available from day 1 Mean allowance: 120 per 12 monthsFlight reimboursment + shared accommodation provided
