Job Description

Position description:Handling administration for commercial product selling based on company’s SOP and helps follow-up repeating order from customer.Responsibilities:Handle sales administration of commercial products, including order processing, invoicing, and documentation.Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the company’s system.Coordinate with customers to follow up on orders and address inquiries or issues.Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.Collaborate with other departments to support the achievement of sales targets.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communication, Business Administration, or related major.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.Willing to work in Semarang
