About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is professional, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional service. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is handled efficiently and with care.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers.Answer inquiries regarding products, services, or accounts clearly and professionally.Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.Follow up on customer concerns to ensure full resolution and satisfaction.Assist with scheduling, order processing, or administrative support as required.Communicate clearly and collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in a customer service or client support role (BPO or similar experience a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.Proficiency with common office tools and CRM or ticketing software.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Reliable internet connection and a quiet work setup for remote roles.Preferred SkillsExperience in a call center, healthcare, logistics, or service-based environment.Familiarity with scheduling or ticketing systems.This is a full time jobUp to $5/hrThis is a 100% Remote Work
