You will be the first person our customers see when they enter our locations. Using our parts software you will ensure that our customer's parts needs are met with accuracy and efficiency. This role consists of:Professional consultation with customers to determine their needs through face-to-face interaction, phone conversations and written communicationSupport farmers throughout the year ensuring they have the parts to keep their equipment operatingDevelop relationships with farmers that will allow you to provide them enhanced supportProvide input and assistance in inventory control and maintain a professional retail environmentOperating within a cyclical environment that requires extended hours during the farming season including evenings, weekends and participation in an on call rotationRequirementsWhat you bring:2-3 years of customer facing or retail experienceA relationship focussed perspective to customer service and love for helping peopleStrong attention to detailBasic to intermediate computer skillsProblem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutionsA mechanical inclination or a farming background would be considered an assetBenefitsPension planHealth benefitsDental careLife insuranceVision carePaid time offStore discount
