Job Description

Position : Customer Service / Order Processing Assistant Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite — 4 days per week) Duration: 12+ Months Contract with good chances of extension Interview: In-person with the client Job Summary:Seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist the Customer Service Analyst with weekly order processing and customer support for coffee product orders.Responsibilities:Process weekly customer orders.Answer customer questions on stock levels and order status.Handle expedite requests and coordinate with the warehouse.Ensure orders ship accurately and on time.Requirements:Strong customer service and communication skills.Experience with order processing or basic supply chain tasks a plus.Ability to work onsite and use your own laptop.
