EA (Telesales Representative)Responsibilities: Contact existing customers to promote course renewal options and drive conversion. Follow up with customers to understand their learning needs and offer suitable renewal solutions. Monitor students’ progress and use performance data to support renewal decisions. Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth, satisfying renewal experience.Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
