We don’t believe in “set and forget.” We believe in long-term partnerships, measurable impact, and continuous growth.We’re looking for an Account Manager who enjoys owning client relationships end to end, spotting growth opportunities, and turning customer needs into tangible outcomes.This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp, consultative by nature, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to expand usage and revenue.You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and hiring processes, and partner internally with Product, Solutions Engineering, and Support to deliver the right solutions.This is not a transactional sales role. You’ll be trusted to think long-term, build strong relationships, and balance customer success with commercial growth.You’ll be responsible for both protecting and expanding revenue, while ensuring customers get real, measurable value from Talkpush.As our Account Manager, you will:Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Talkpush customersBuild trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersIdentify upsell and expansion opportunities aligned to customer needsProspect and pursue new business opportunities where relevantOwn revenue targets and consistently work toward clear sales goalsTranslate customer requirements into clear internal briefsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectationsStay up to date on recruitment technology trends and market developmentsWhat We’re Looking For3+ years’ experience in account management or sales, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment technologyMust speak fluent French and EnglishA proven track record of hitting revenue or growth targetsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA consultative approach, you listen first, then propose solutionsCommercially minded, organised, and comfortable managing prioritiesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating with a global, remote teamWhy TalkpushWork on a product that directly improves how people get hiredReal ownership of customer relationships and outcomesCollaboration with a diverse, international teamA remote-first culture with high trust and high accountabilityIf you’re an Account Manager who enjoys building long-term client partnerships and driving meaningful growth, we’d love to hear from you.About Our AI-Supported ScreeningAt Talkpush, we use our own AI-powered screening tool, TalkScore, as part of the application process.
