Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The representative will be responsible for efficiently handling customer inquiries and processing sales transactions. Daily tasks include responding to customer calls and emails, explaining the features and benefits of products, upselling additional services, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in product returns whenever necessary. The role also involves maintaining a high level of product knowledge and providing outstanding customer experiences to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.QualificationsCustomer Service and Sales Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProduct Knowledge: Understanding of fitness products and the ability to explain their features and benefitsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic computer skillsOrganizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and attention to detailTeam Collaboration: Experience working in a team and the ability to collaborate with colleagues effectivelyPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
