Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to become part of our growing team. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services.Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in our CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.A positive, patient, and professional attitude.Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS Block 6, KarachiShift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Onsite)If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we’d love to hear from you!
