The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product recommendations, and ensuring a seamless sales process.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and social media, providing accurate information about products, pricing, and usage.Sales & Upselling: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products to enhance their hair care routine.Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and after-sales support.Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat purchases.Problem Resolution: Address complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product ingredients, benefits, and latest trends in hair care.Reporting: Maintain records of customer interactions, sales performance, and feedback for process improvements.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align customer engagement strategies.Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service in the beauty or hair care industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high volumes of customer interactions professionally.Passion for beauty and hair care products.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
