Order Management, to join our team in Colombia! In this role, you?ll be a key part of ensuring our customers receive the right products on time. You will handle accurate order processing and fulfillment while providing outstanding support across all order types - including EDI, fax, email, RMAs, credits, and debits. As a Customer Service Specialist ? Order Management, you?ll work closely with teams such as Customer Success, Inside Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and our Distribution Centers to deliver an exceptional customer experience. English fluency is required. What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer? Competitive compensation plan, including a performance-based annual incentive. Flexible and hybrid work model. A culture of belonging and inclusion, collaboration thrives, and everyone feels seen, heard, and empowered?across our global community.  Ansell University, LinkedIn Learning and Mentorship programs to develop professional and interpersonal skills. Opportunities to advance and grow within the company through LinkedIn Learning and Mentorships.   What your role will be? Manage the full order lifecycle for all customers within the assigned portfolio (White Glove, HiPo, and TechTouch).Support global customers in English (Speak/Read/Write).Process RMA orders, including entry, tracking, call tag generation, coordination of larger return shipments, and providing interdepartmental updates as needed.Enter and process credit and debit requests to resolve order discrepancies.Perform accurate and timely daily order processing for EDI and OCR orders, including releasing order lines requiring manual intervention due to PO discrepancies.Review daily reports to identify order issues and provide root cause analysis for recurring or significant problems.Monitor aged order line reports and cancel or update lines as appropriate.Support Customer Service and Customer Success teams by email and phone regarding order status, cancellations, and revisions.Maintain customer cross-reference tables.Correct EDI errors within the Gateway.Ensure proper flow of orders across systems (EDI, Oracle, SFDC, OCR, Webstore).Review open orders for holds or errors, including credit holds, inventory holds, pricing issues, and past-due dates.Identify, investigate, and resolve pricing discrepancies to prevent short-payments on invoices. What will you bring to Ansell?  Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent experience 3+ years order entry experience Must be fluent in EnglishOracle experience preferred  Salesforce or CRM experience Proficiency in MS Office   Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today! Equal Opportunity Employer: Ansell is committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, marital status, parental status, or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
