We are a global, fully remote team that values collaboration, adaptability, and problem-solving.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Customer Support Specialist (English-speaking) to ensure a smooth and positive experience for students and parents. You’ll handle inquiries, support enrollments, manage student relationships, and resolve issues quickly and effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries via phone, chat, email, and messaging platforms.Guide new students through enrollment and onboarding.Support active students, monitor progress, and address concerns.Reactivate inactive students with personalized communication.Take ownership of critical or escalated cases until resolved.Collaborate with sales, academic, and tech teams.Track common issues and suggest process improvements.RequirementsFluent English (C1 preferred; strong verbal skills essential).6+ months in customer support, student services, or call center roles.Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with tools like CallGear, OmniDesk, AMO CRM, Slack.Nice to HaveExperience in EdTech or online learning.Understanding of customer service metrics.Why Join Us?Fully remote, flexible schedule.Supportive international team.Training and growth opportunities.Contribute to the future of digital education for kids worldwide.We look forward to learning more about you!
