Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.  Responsibilities1. Manage buyer conversations, accurately handle customer inquiries and complaints. Provide user-centric solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and trust in UGREEN.2. Promptly address and follow up on customer issues. Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and contribute to more refined and attentive product services.3. Efficiently execute the daily returns process. Conduct in-depth analysis of returns data to proactively identify product types or root causes with high return rates and provide actionable feedback.4. Systematically organize customer service work and documentation to facilitate quick reference for the operations team. Assist in formulating strategies and collaborate effectively to achieve sales targets and maintain strong teamwork.5. Conduct regular reviews to continuously optimize workflows and improve service techniques, thereby delivering more professional service and enhancing the overall user experience.6. Handle communication and coordination with other relevant departments and complete other tasks assigned by line manager.QualificationsEducation:◆Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred. Experience: ◆1+ years of experience in a customer service role. Skills: ◆Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). ◆Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly comprehend and respond to customer emails accurately. Professional Attributes: ◆Meticulous, proactive, patient, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. ◆Excellent learning agility, with the ability to identify, analyze, and summarize issues. ◆Effective communication and teamwork skills. ◆Strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
