Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities1. Business & Operations PerformancePrepare the financial performance of the programs assigned.Represent the company and co-lead with the Program Manager, the Business and Operations reviews with the clients, working with clients to work on new project initiatives and address any gaps in the operations performance.2. Customer ServiceWork closely with other internal stakeholders to provide quality, pro-active communication to clients’ queries.3. OperationsPrepare and monitor assigned clients’ key performance indicators (KPIs) and address the gaps in the performance with the other internal stakeholders like Logistics team, Production team and Quality team to improve and meet clients’ service level and performance.4. Order FulfilmentEnsure all orders are processed in a timely fashion.Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure shipment are picked up on time from the regional hub.5. BillingResponsible for the timely and accurate billing to clients for service performed.6. ProjectsParticipate in any projects as assigned by Program Manager from time to time.RequirementsDiploma/ Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management / Operations Management / Engineering related fields with preference in Industrial Engineering.At least two (2) years in an operational/ 3PL environment.Experience in the following SAP modules would be preferred - Material Master (MM) / Sales and Distribution (SD) / Production and Planning (PP)Excellent customer service skills.High level of proficiency in MS Office 365 especially in Excel and Powerpoint.Strong problem-solving ability.Great team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Highly customer focus with strong internal resiliency.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.Possess the GRIT to persevere during challenging times.
