We’re seeking Customer Service Support Coordinators to join our client’s dynamic support operations team. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to food merchants across the Singapore market, ensuring their experience is seamless, efficient, and supported at every step.You’ll be part of a passionate customer support team committed to resolving merchant issues, improving satisfaction, and contributing to the success of a leading regional technology company.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and effective assistance to food merchants via multiple support channels.Resolve merchant inquiries, technical issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience aligned with service quality standards.Work cross-functionally with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in the CRM system.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in customer service, support, or related roles.Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English (written and spoken).Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Minimum education level: SPM/STPM or equivalent.Preferred ExperienceFamiliarity with food and beverage or delivery platform industries.Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).Prior exposure to supporting regional or cross-border markets.Additional DetailsWork Type: Contract (12 months, extendable)Compensation: Competitive salary with monthly shift allowanceMarket Supported: SingaporeWe’re looking for candidates with a strong sense of ownership, reliability, and commitment to delivering top-tier support.
