The Customer Service Team Lead will manage the customer service team, oversee daily operations, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, improving processes, and providing training and support to team members.QualificationsCustomer Service Management, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skillsStrong Customer Service and Communication abilitiesLeadership and team management experienceExcellent problem-solving and interpersonal skillsQuality Assurance.Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, EgyptBachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related fieldExperience in same position is must.
