Our products are recognized worldwide and stand for outstanding “Designed and engineered in Germany” craftsmanship.In our Budapest office, located in Graphisoft Park (District III), we are seeking a dedicated Customer Service, Warranty & Technical Training Specialist who will oversee the full GROHE warranty system, ensure strong service provider coverage, manage local product certification, support spare parts distribution, operate and improve internal service processes, and deliver technical trainings and provide hands‑on field support to our service partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and operate the GROHE warranty system, ensuring fast and accurate claim handlingEnsure service provider coverage and maintain high service quality standardsImprove customer satisfaction through process optimization and KPI monitoringManage and support local product certification processes with HQEnsure availability and distribution of GROHE spare parts (within and outside warranty)Operate and improve internal service systems, support colleagues and service partnersOrganize and deliver technical trainings for installers, technicians, and partnersConduct field visits, audits, and provide hands‑on support for service partnersRequirementsTechnical affinity or service-related experience (plumbing, installation, mechanical/electrical knowledge is a plus)Native Hungarian speaker with proficient English skills (both written and spoken)Confident use of MS Office or Google WorkspaceCustomer‑focused mindset with strong communication skillsAnalytical thinking and structured working styleAbility to learn technical topics quicklyTeam player with strong problem‑solving capabilitiesWillingness to travel within the regionWhy Join GROHE?We offer a competitive compensation package and a company carStable international brand and long‑term career perspectiveSupportive team environment with strong cooperation across Eastern EuropeYour work has a direct impact on customer satisfaction and product experience in the market
