We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Responsibilities:Handle customer interactions across various chat platforms, including WhatsApp, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other social media or marketplace channels.Manage and resolve marketplace feature issues, customer complaints, returns, and refund requests in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.Accurately record and monitor daily issues, escalations, and feedback for reporting and continuous process improvement.Requirements:Full WFO, Monday–Saturday (09:00–18:00)Experienced in marketplace features related to return and refund processesFlexible working hoursPositive and empathetic personalityPassionate about skincare and beautyStrong communication skillsPersuasive in communicationResponsible and emotionally matureCollaborative team playerFast learnerWilling to work at our warehouse in Cikokol, TangerangWe have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaborative, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detailed).
