Junior Coordinator (Lead Generation & Sales Support)Location: Gulberg III, Lahore (On-site)Company: Ledge Acquisitions Group (LAG)Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000/month (based on experience and compatibility with LAG)Ledge Acquisitions Group (LAG) is a Canadian telecom acquisitions and retentions partner operating out of Lahore, Pakistan. We specialize in customer acquisition for leading telecom and home security companies across Canada. With growing operations and an expanding team, we are hiring 3 Junior Coordinators (JCs) to join our core coordination department.Role OverviewThe Junior Coordinator role is the backbone of our sales operations. As a JC, you will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring our sales agents always have fresh and qualified leads to work on. This is a foundational role at LAG with minimal technical requirements but high importance for consistency and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesPull leads from our databases as per daily requirements.Ensure accuracy and compliance when compiling lead data.Maintain punctuality in providing leads to the sales team on schedule.Track lead flow and report daily numbers to the coordination manager.Work closely with senior coordinators to align with team targets.Support other coordination tasks as needed (basic data entry, order tracking).Who We’re Looking ForCandidates with more than 1 year of experience in any role, or those looking to start their career in coordination.Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, data entry).Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.Ability to follow SOPs and work consistently under supervision.Positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company.What We OfferProfessional training and growth opportunities in coordination & sales support.Clear career progression path into senior coordination or sales roles.Supportive team culture with international exposure (Canada-based clients).Availability to work night shifts (11 PM – 8 AM PKT) aligned with Canadian operations.
