If you are ready for developing the execution strategy, building and executing customer strategies and business plans on a regional/category basis, establishing and implementing short to mid-term customer development plans and growth strategies, then this role is just for you!What Will Your Main Responsibilities BeLead customized channel / customer activation aligned with Marketing department strategiesLead Customer Development budgets to achieve Turnover, Sales Growth, Volume Growth, Margin of total company working closely with Finance departmentEnsure that business plans are “trade-fit"Provides customer and channel lens (IBP)Chennel-specific category plans including eCommercePrepare, communicate, and follow monthly and yearly sales targets of volume and turnover per channel and customerLead and prepare channel & customer base promotion strategy and develop and monitor execution of promotional plan (both Trade and ConsumerPropose and monitor Sales Force Incentives (SFI)Regular market visits to ensure the accuracy of inputsRepresent customer development function at team meetings, be first point of contact for other functionsDrive business performance and provide input into S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetingCheck and follow stocks of the company closely working with supply chain and prepare plans for times of out-of-stock and/or over-stockPrepare and propose pricing and volume forecasts for innovations and existing portfolios informing the finance department and supply chain while aligned with marketingExperiences & QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDUniversity degree in related field (MBA will be a plus)Experience in sales and field execution, in category operations and in shopper marketing (3-5 years)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetent in MS Office, power BI and other toolsAttention to details, data driven (use data to support recommendation)English Language C1 SkillsStrong analytical capabilities with bias to drive the actionAbility and drive to work independentlyExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diversified team.Ability to juggle several projects with different deadlines and various stakeholdersEntrepreneurial and energeticHas a "Can Do" attitude and result orientedLeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
