We empower educators, support learners, and achieve positive learning outcomes worldwide.About the roleIn this diverse and varied role, you will be a key person who uses your pedagogical expertise to support the entire team operationally. You will be responsible for the user experience and for our digital products, particularly the Aski Raski and Lukulumo, but also Kide Science and Manabua, where your pedagogical expertise will play a key role in ensuring that our customers' needs are met in the best possible way. You will work closely with the product, marketing, and sales teams both locally and across the Nordic countries, and you will play an important role in the development of pedagogical content and customer materials. Your communication skills and proactive approach are essential in helping customers and colleagues get the most out of our solutions. You are a committed and solution-oriented team player who takes initiative and drives things forward, always with the customer's best interests in mind. You actively promote customer satisfaction and the development of our services while sharing your expertise and passion for reading development and reading and writing difficulties.In your role, you will also be responsible for monitoring user data and suggesting activities for increased usage, leading training sessions, as well as participating in trade fairs, and helping shape the future of digital learning tools—in an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and new ways of thinking. As a Customer Success Manager and Education Specialist, you are a very important part of the customer journey in making sure that the customer's high expectations are met. You will report to the Global Head of Customer Success. We have a hybrid workplace policy, where a minimum of two days in our office in Helsinki is required.Your main tasksYou will be responsible for implementing all our products, but mainly Aski Raski and Lukulumo. Many contacts require pedagogical experience and expertise in working with different reading and writing difficulties.You will work closely with sales and take ownership of the customer journey and renew their contracts.By monitoring customer usage, you initiate and suggest activities to keep the usage at a high level.You will use your expertise in special needs education and teaching foundational reading skills to develop educational content within the product development team. You will be our in-house go-to expert when it comes to teaching reading and writing in Finnish. You will assist the marketing department with educational content, news articles, translations, and product communications.You will hold courses and participate in trade fairs/events.You will actively work on various support requests.You will act proactively to support the team and customers – you get things done and enjoy your work!You are commercially oriented and always consider how your work contributes to the growth of our company.You collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams locally and across the Nordic countries.You actively follow trends and developments in the edtech industry.Previous Experience Teaching experience, preferably special education teacher qualifications, and experience in teaching reading and writingExperience in working with digital tools and remote workService-minded, systematic, and precise approach to work, as well as a "doer" attitude – you get things doneAbility to build relationships, create a sense of security, and deeply understand pedagogical needsAbility to produce texts, such as newsletters and other marketing materialsYou enjoy working both independently and in a teamExcellent Finnish language skills, both spoken and writtenGood English language skills; Swedish is considered an advantage, but is not a requirementExperience in the EdTech field is an advantage, but not a mustHigher education degree within the educational field, preferably special needs education, with a focus on foundational literacy teachingWillingness to travelAll applications in English
