Role Description This is a full-time Remotley role for a Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist. The role involves guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Benefits Hero platform. Responsibilities include providing personalized support, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility to manage multiple tasks with organizational and time management skillsProblem-solving abilities and attention to detail for troubleshooting and issue resolutionKnowledge of benefits administration, insurance practices, or experience in HR-focused roles is a plusProficiency in using CRM tools and related softwareAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsA proactive, client-centered approach to delivering exceptional serviceBachelor’s degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field is preferred
