Role Description This is a full-time Remotley role for a Customer Success and Onboarding Specialist. The role involves guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition to the Benefits Hero platform. Responsibilities include providing personalized support, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to continuously enhance the customer experience.
