Customer Success Manager

The RoleWe’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to help housing providers get the most from the HomeLINK platform. HomeLINK turns data from connected homes into meaningful insights, empowering landlords to create safer, healthier, and more sustainable living environments for residents.You’ll deliver training, build strong relationships, and ensure every customer has the knowledge, confidence, and support to succeed.This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Bristol Area, with flexibility for remote work and travel to customer sites and events.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging product demos, onboarding, and training to ensure customers get value from the platform.Build and maintain trusted relationships with landlords, housing associations, and local authorities.Act as a point of contact for customers, coordinating support and sharing insights with internal teams.Represent the voice of the customer, feeding back ideas to improve products and services.Support events, webinars, and presentations that showcase Aico’s impact on housing and sustainability.What You’ll BringExperience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, account management, training, or project coordination.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Curiosity and confidence with technology and data-driven solutions.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.A collaborative, empathetic approach and a passion for making homes safer and smarter.DesirableKnowledge of social housing, IoT, or connected home technology.Experience delivering training or workshops.Salary £28,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience
