Interested in a new and exciting career within the Property sector?Come and join in the fun at Move With Us at Simplify!Known internally as the LPA Accounts Administrator, the Property Accounts Administrator sits inside the LPA (Law of Property Act) & Rentals department, supporting the LPA Account Manager and completing required administration tasks. The Property Accounts Administrator adheres to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst ensuring regulatory compliance across the portfolio and delivering a high-level service to Receivers, Tenants, and our Lender clients.This is an exciting opportunity to learn and develop a new skill in the Buy to Let and Private Rented Sector of the Housing Market. Our LPA and Rental Management team specialise in the Law of Property Act 1925 and work alongside Fixed Charge Receivers.You’ll be based from our Move with Us branch in St.Ives, Cambridgeshire where you will have the opportunity to learn from our established team of experts.
