We’re here to dominate.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who’s obsessed with helping SMBs win.You’ll be the face of Atlas guiding new customers through onboarding, building automations that drive measurable results, and ensuring every client gets real ROI, not reports.This isn’t a quota-chasing sales role. It’s a growth partnership role where you help customers launch, automate, and scale their success through our AI agents.What You’ll DoOnboard new clients: guide SMB owners through their first campaign setup in minutes, not days.Design automations: use Zapier, AI prompts, and CRM integrations to streamline client workflows.Own retention and growth: monitor campaign ROI, cost per lead, and conversion rates to ensure client success.Be the voice of the customer: capture insights that shape product, training, and automation playbooks.Drive outcomes: every onboarding ends in a live campaign and every campaign ends in measurable growth.What We’re Looking For2–5 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Technical Account Management (SaaS or MarTech preferred).Strong Zapier and automation skills: you can design and troubleshoot workflows that connect systems.Prompt engineering familiarity: comfortable crafting and improving AI prompts for customer experiences.Excellent communication: able to teach, troubleshoot, and inspire confidence with SMB clients.Analytical mindset: comfortable using metrics like client retention, ROI, and cost per lead as success indicators.Empathy and speed: you understand that SMB owners have no time to waste and expect clarity, not complexity.Success Metrics (KPIs)Client Retention Rate: percentage of active, renewing customers.Campaign Activation Rate: % of new clients who launch within 60 minutes of onboarding.Customer ROI Achievement: % of clients achieving target cost per lead or ROI.Customer Health & Satisfaction Scores.Bonus Structure: Success and retention-based incentives layered on top of base salary.Why Join AtlasRocket Ship Trajectory: Join a category-defining company backed by exited founders and viral growth.Automation-First Culture: Every process is built to scale through AI, not manpower.Visible Impact: You’ll directly drive ROI for real businesses not just metrics on a dashboard.High-Trust Team: We move fast, test often, and always put the customer first.Mission-Driven: We’re ending the era of agencies and giving SMBs their time and power back.
