You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Operations to drive customer outcomes, identify growth opportunities, and shape our customer experience strategy.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves problem-solving, data, and building meaningful relationships.ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of strategic and enterprise clients, ensuring successful onboarding, engagement, and renewal.Develop a deep understanding of customer goals to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.Build and execute customer success plans — including success metrics, engagement strategies, and account reviews.Proactively monitor account health, identify risk signals, and implement action plans to maintain retention.Partner with Product and Tech teams to ensure customer feedback influences product roadmap decisions.Collaborate with Sales to identify and execute on expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.Coach and support the Customer Success team, sharing best practices and contributing to scalable playbooks.Report key customer metrics (renewal rates, churn risk, satisfaction, NPS) and continuously optimize success workflows.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Strategy, preferably in a SaaS or HR tech environment.Proven experience managing mid-market or enterprise customers with measurable success outcomes.Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present confidently to executives.
