The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, customer management expertise, project management capabilities, and hands-on support experience to ensure the success, satisfaction, and retention of our customers. They will play a central role in driving customer value realization, regional growth, and alignment between Delivery, Support, and Product teams.You will:• Develop and implement customer success, retention, and growth strategies aligned with business objectives • Oversee day-to-day customer operations, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction • Drive adoption and value realization of the Dedalus portfolio within customer environments • Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of the business unit through renewals, upsells, and customer advocacy • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and markets • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Application Specialists and Support Engineers • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Delivery, and Support teams in France to integrate Belgian customer feedback into continuous improvement initiatives • Represent the voice of the Belgian customer in strategic and operational discussions • Maintain strong governance and communication with key customers and stakeholders • Oversee project management activities, ensuring proper planning, execution, and follow-up of ongoing initiatives • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environmentTake the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus Life flows through our software. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements:• Solid background in Customer Support operations (incident management, escalation handling, SLA monitoring)• Knowledge of Dedalus France product portfolio (e.g. RIS, PACS, UltraGenda, Diamic, DxCare, etc.) is essential• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills• Demonstrated project management experience• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with ability to make data-driven decisions• Strong financial and performance management skills (budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking)• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and program management• Self-motivated, customer-centric, and open to adopting new technologies and tools• Fluency in English and French is mandatory (Dutch is a strong asset)• Demonstrates flexibility, resilience, and a proactive mindset in a fast-evolving environment• Location: Belgium or France Desirable Requirements:• Proven experience as a Support Leader or Customer Success Manager in a technology or healthcare IT environment• Master’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience (preferred)• Experience in healthcare IT or SaaS industry (preferred)• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related fieldWe are Dedalus, come join usDedalus is committed to providing an engaging, rewarding work experience that reflects the passion our employees bring to our mission of helping clinicians and nurses deliver better care to their served communities.Our company fosters a culture where employees are encouraged to learn and innovate, and to enable and enhance clinical co-operation and processes while making a meaningful difference for millions of people around the world.
