The individual will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction by providing timely support, aligning solutions to their business needs, and acting as a trusted advisor. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients, conducting account reviews, addressing any challenges, providing usage insights, and identifying opportunities for growth within client accounts. The Customer Success Manager will also collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve client experiences and outcomes.QualificationsClient Support and Relationship Management skills, including onboarding, account management, and providing exemplary serviceAnalytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess client needs, offer data-driven recommendations, and resolve challenges efficientlyCommunication and Presentation skills for engaging with clients, conducting progress reviews, and delivering key insightsCross-Functional Collaboration experience to work effectively with sales, product, and technical teams to achieve client successProactive Thinking and Time Management abilities to prioritize responsibilities, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvementsExperience in SaaS or HR management platforms is a plusProficiency in CRM tools and customer success platforms is advantageous
